Consuming more food may lead to digestion problems andd induce cellular oxidation which inturn
will give you problems like cancer, diabetes, chronic and cardiovasculaar disease.
Also people in okinowa don't do any heavy exercise instead they walk longer, do gardening and
involve in low intensity movement to keep them healthy.
Their meal plan includes 5 plates, out of which four is small for side dishes and one big plate
for the main menu. This 5 plates infront of you will give you fulfillness of eating more food.
